Mobile Property Appraiser Attaching A Mobile Home To Owned Property - Any Advantages/disadvantages?

Attaching a mobile home to owned property - any advantages/disadvantages? - mobile property appraiser

I know someone who is given a home double or triple wide mobile and has the property. He also acquired an adjacent property. I am not familiar with the terminology of all parties, but I will try to understand whether there are advantages and disadvantages to gain property "permanently" on the ground.

This process operates on the basis of a species, and (Reviewer I guess. Reassess) From there you can into the center and should be reclassified as a house against mobile homes.

The only advantage I can think is that the banks are ready, home equity loan would be granted on better terms, treating it like a house against a mobile home. Many banks do not grant mortgage loans to owners of mobile homes, even if it was worth. Are there other benefits?

Downward. Higher taxes? Changes in property taxes in any way that this reclassification? Would it help or hinder in any way (taxes) to its property and connect the two parts together on a large lot?

The process that we describe, would abolish the title "or something similar. In my state, mobile homes and manufactured to retain licensed vehicles and trailers, and service vehicle registration. By deleting the title, we are on land that creditor a privilege, not a lot better. Many lenders lend on mobile homes if the title has not been eliminated. It can also be changed later if necessary.

You should have no effect on the value, but may help to better funding than the market completely collapsed for mobile home loans.

An important factor is a lender a manufactured home, which eventually annexed (car doors, room additions, loans, etc.). Your friend should) plans to build a SFR (single-family and kill to make prefabricated houses. Most lenders offer loans for commercial real estate, if they are on a permanent basis as well. It is better to build a beautiful new house and dispose of or lease the phones after they built the new house.

Phones without losing value. You will be confident going to raise taxes and could even against his own people, the state or county, are the laws.

Locations of temporary mobile home is very good if there is a plan, regulate the construction and the situation is temporary, "Only when the new house is built.

The reclassification means nothing if you want to sell a horse is a horse is a horse .... unless, of course, their influence, then the back of a pony ... this is what happens when the value falls below your friend. Sometimes the ground is more valuable when you move the phone!

The ratings I have seen, whether permanent or not. Even compared to other supporters of non-traditional houses. If you have land and a place to live, you can build your permanent residence in stages and save a lot of money in the process.
