Folding Usb Keyboard USB Type Slot On My Gateway Computer?

USB Type slot on my Gateway computer? - folding usb keyboard

I have a Gateway 2002 laptop. On the left side, a USB hub, and a little different (USB ports can not match). Computer technician told my mom that I damaged trying to integrate into the extra USB ports (I've done so far), so that pushed some fold the paper in order to avoid further damage. I wonder whether it is a high-speed 2.0 port? If not, please explain. I do not know what to call it as a reference.

PS Excuse me if my terminology is off.

Probably a FireWire port 1394th They are similar in size. If you do not know what it is, then you probably do not help. I have one, used to connect things like digital video cameras and other items.

This is probably one FireWire ... not too different from a USB, but sets out the information faster and with fewer errors can cause the loss of transmitted data to be able to transfer.

This could be 2.0, which is smaller, like a square as a normal USB or rectangular shape could complement to FireWire, USB, which is similar to, but is a little different and the end is slightly rounded a little. Do a web search for both, and you can see different forms and to know what is, or the characteristics of the system. Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, components of the IT system
